I agree! Mukuro's got his goals and desires, but in a way he's above things - he intentionally presents himself as wanting nothing but those goals (though we know that's not true because he cares about Ken and Chikusa), while Hibari is more fueled by emotion, like you said. In fact, I could just say 'I agree!' to your whole comment. XD
